If I could give David 6 stars for negotiation, I would. He is an outstanding HUD navigator, and clearly had our best interests at the front of his mind at all times. We will absolutely seek him out the next time we buy and sell a house. We moved from a rental to a house we purchased through David. He was always patient with us and never complained about showing us the “next” property. We took forever to make our selection, and no matter what, David and his infinite patience were always there. He ended up helping us buy a HUD home. Gave us very thorough idea of what was involved and the special things you can do when buying a HUD home. David is the real deal. He’s been in the valley for a long time and knows the market like the back of his hand. Ask him for assistance in buying your next home. You won’t regret it!
